It has been quite a while since I did this.

This will be a long term, in depth project that will have quite a bit of work.

Shawn the plan is for this to be a cut away build.

I do hope I can do this justice.

Is that Revell original or a Monogram repackaged?

Never built a Lib going to follow this one........

I have 2 B-24D kits...want to build one as a black "carpetbagger"...this will be fun to watch progress. Maybe I'll learn something to use on mine!

It's the Monogram kit repackaged.

Love these bomber classics. Been playing with the idea of giving this kit a go myself. Looking forward to your build.

I too love the Liberator. I'm looking forward to see with what you'll do with this model.
I'm slowly collecting the big bombers as well, so far I have Tamiya's Lanc and Monogram's B-17G on my to do list. I hope to ad a B-24 D to the list as well.

A cutaway bomber is a dream project of mine. I don't have the skill for it yet, so I will eagerly follow your project. Looking forward to seeing some pictures!

Get the Squadron vac canopy set for it. It's more accurate in shape and really looks good.
And good luck!
