Erwin Posted September 21, 2003 Share Posted September 21, 2003 I'm building the old Revell 1/32 nd Bf 109 G. I cut the engine hood in half to dispay it in open position to show the engine. My question now: Was there a sort of middle bar,where they were atacheted to, to hold the halfs in place once opened? LSP_Mike Posted September 21, 2003 Share Posted September 21, 2003 Erwin, the pics I've seen always show the prop rod;given that the halves are swung on a simple piano style hinge this would be a lightweight ,simple, field expedient solution.
