Best of the 1/32 (Eurofighter) Typhoons?

Revell, better shape, but a few construction issues to solve, windscreen a bit too long but easily fixed, lack of intake ducting, weak nose undercarriage leg. But loads of stores, especially the 2 seater. Several really good aftermarket sets available, replacement jet nozzles, undercarriage bays and cockpits from Aires, quite nice cockpit printed etched parts for Eduard. There are some other bits and bobs available too, APU exhaust, inner pylons etc.

Trumpeter is a more sturdy construction but the fuselage contours especially are a bit 'off', but it still makes up into an impressive model.

There are several builds on this site, but this build covers most of the important points.

Don't forget to post some pics, whichever kit you choose to build!

PS If you need some inner and centre pylons, drop me a line. But keep it quiet, otherwise everyone will be after me for a set! Mum's the word, OK?!

Revell for sure IMHO, neither kit is perfect but the rear exhaust end of the Trumpy kit is just so wrong and major surgery needed if you want it looking right ... same with their Lightning.

I'm from UK, Typhoons at local RAF Lossiemouth base now, its an aircraft I want to do as well as I can, bought a Revell Typhoon when they first came out and A/M as it was released, would need to go open the box to see all my AM, but remember buying the die cast undercarriage gear because from builds of time folk were talking about the model can get a bit heavy on stock plastic gear and buckle.
