The seller has a 97% feedback and only a couple of hundred sales, this should make alarm bells ring, I would never buy from anyone under 99% feedback. Cheers.

I feel that a perceved issue between sellers and buyers COULD be the speed of todays communication. People expect responses or delivery on internet speeds, and that is not always physically possible.

A case in point. I recently ( ok, a few months ago) ordered a figure 3D print from Etsey and it took a while. After a couple of POLITE messages to and frow, it turns out that the vendor is a one girl show that was overwhelmed with orders on a first time advertising experience. 

 The figure arrived safe n sound, was of very good quality and all one could expect. Well done and I hope her new buisness does well. I gave her 5 stars on the Etsy review. 

So much of our hobby is provided by one person enterprises who are passionate about what they produce. We should all do our best to support them. 

Ok, enough. Sorry for the rant that probably went off topic, but I am a member of the self employed and " Been there, done that. Bought the T Shirt" Crowd.

I agree that is an issue sometimes these days but dont think it has anything to do with this particular case at all. there was no response whatsoever in over a month...

I've written to PayPal for being refund.

PayPal has opened a dispute and write me i'll be refunded within 10 days if they have not correct answer by the seller.

I did the same thing a week after purchasing the models. I no longer trust this seller and I advise everyone else to do the same. because as we know, he sells very rare Wingnut models and this distracts our attention and common sense.

got a refund from ebay, finally. 
 

seller never replied to anything and never sent anything off so after the latest declared shipping date ebay had to refund. 
 

DONT purchase anything from this seller if he is still active, which I doubt he will be much longer on this ebay account.

and the seller is collecting more and more negative opinions…..
