Rowdy Rat Posted October 23, 2025 Posted October 23, 2025 You know Peter, the quality and precision of the parts that you have created is beyond words, but your presentation of the engine and main gear in their respective stands takes this project to another level. Just an incredibly professional appearance (I don’t know why I am surprised)! I hope that you move forward and make this model commercially available… I think that I would need to step up and get one of these! Regards, Stan Falenski airscale, geedubelyer and williamj 3

airscale Posted October 26, 2025 Author Posted October 26, 2025 thank you folks My little Dornier Werke has turned out another set of parts... this time painted for me by my great friend Leo at our Tangmere club masterclass where he used it as a demo mule to teach us his secrets.. ..these are pretty rough 3D printed parts with no filler or prep - in the kit they will be IM I am so thrilled with how it looks ..got some more bits on the way, then after Telford I will go back to the main surfacing TTFN Peter IainM, Polecadt, Bonkin and 23 others 26
thierry laurent Posted October 26, 2025 Posted October 26, 2025 I think you could make a Dornier factory assembly line Peter! Kagemusha and Polecadt 2
JayW Posted October 27, 2025 Posted October 27, 2025 Dang Peter - the carts and stands must take as much effort as the airplane parts. Where do you get the plans?
CraigH Posted October 29, 2025 Posted October 29, 2025 Many thanks to Peter for the chance to build the engine for him. Final pics here IainM, Derek B, chuck540z3 and 17 others 20
