Decal software

Hello, 

 

trying to design some custom decals-does anyone have any suggestions to the most user friendly software to use for this purpose- preferably  for Windows PC.

I use Inkscape, works great and is free. (you can make a donation if you like it, a lot use it a lot)

Thanks for the suggestions.

 

Been using Inkscape for the last few days and it appears to be quite good once the subtleties of the architecture of the program are practised.

Some good tutorials free and online too to help with the learning process.

 

As an aside can anyone recommend some thin decal paper of the sort that cartograph ,microscale use?

You can buy the exact same decal paper Microscale prints their decals on from Microscale HERE.

Tango Papa decal paper….  None better for homemade decals.  Been using it for years.
