geedubelyer
Hi folk, For anyone modelling Spitfires and Lancasters there might be a video or two of interest here. Hth Phantom2, Uncarina, MikeMaben and 1 other 3
mozart
I can’t speak for the Spitfire because I haven’t watched any, but the Lancaster ones are excellent. Bryan Atkinson has done an immense amount of research such that he’s able to explain thoroughly the operation and siting of just about every major part of the Lancaster, this one for the navigator’s station. Finding one leads to the others. Uncarina and geedubelyer
Phantom2
For a Spitfire and Lancaster buff like me, this is absolutley perfect! Many Thanks for the heads-up! Cheers! Stefan geedubelyer and mozart
Pete Roberts
Excellent - thanks for the links. One word of caution - the Spitfire videos are for the Mk V, but the Mk V had three different wings. I see this is noted in the undercarriage video which has a note at the end regards the Vc undercarriage being different. The undercarriage video is excellent - finally have evidence that the Vb wheel well is the same as the Mks I and II! geedubelyer
