The missing item that Kagemusha referred to is this trunking under the canopy on the right side of the fuselage. The two-seater version has a more elaborate device there, but the single-seater is not too difficult to scratch-build. You also need this decal sheet: https://www.hobbypark.ro/en/decals/16797-decal-132-mig-21-lamcer.html The only other thing that is needed now is a decal sheet with a full set of stencils in Romanian.
