themongoose
This is Revell's 1/32 scale 1983 boxing of the Phantom :-) Done to the new IPMS Basic Kit Build rules. Beyond the paint scheme I thinned the trailing edges, drilled out the fuel vents and other miscellaneous vents on the aircraft, painted in some vents as well, and made everything that I could work just the way Revell wanted it to be for the kids who originally built these...just like me, a big kid now :-) You can check out the full build by following the link in my sig if interested In memory of Jason - USMC Herc. RicardoD
Cool scheme, first time I have seen it. Is this just some very patient piece of paint work? Or is it decals and where to find them if so?

I cut masks for my silhouette cutter and used them to set up the graphic for painting. Edited July 30, 2022 by themongoose RicardoD
