I wonder if this is a unilateral move toward scale unification? This would only make sense if we got a 1/35 Zero and 1/35 Val! But then I'd really rather we had all 3 in 1/32....

With an Infinity Kate in 1/32 on the way, I can’t be too sad about Border’s 1/35 choice, unless Border ends up making a better and more accurate kit. Then I’ll be sad.

Ugh...9% smaller...They should've just made it 1/32.  Hard pass....

+1 to all the above comments. How many people want to put 1/35 aircraft in dios with vehicles as a ratio to those who just want a standard scale 1/32 model to place in a like collection..?

 

What a missed opportunity for us IJAF/IJN fans.

I hate to be like this but as much as I want an LSP Kate, I cannot give them any of my money for a 1/35th product. I like to buy things that promote 1/32nd, but in this case I will have to specifically withhold my money to (hopefully) prevent any money being spent by companies to produce any further 1/35th aircraft.

Not my game either, but you'd be surprised how many non-32scale-LSP modellers will buy it, we are just a "minority" in the modelling world, no offence, but despite the fact that this modelling community has had the chance (and hopefully wil maintain in the future) to somehow influence the business, it still is the commerce in general that will have the final word in this.....

 

Oh wait, but this scale could be a fantastic dio with a Kate and a Blackhawk helo in mortal combat.............

Something like the "final countdown"............
