mkd1966
Just curious if anyone has used this before and if so I was wondering - what kind of paint is it, enamel, lacquer or etc... What kind of primer is used under the base coat and can it be covered by a gloss clear coat ? Thanks in advance, Mike Edited March 7, 2022 by mkd1966

MikeMaben
Hi Mike, color shift paint is used mostly on cars and bikes. Color Shift is a brand name but there are several color shift paint manufacturer paints. SMS has some cool ones ... https://www.usagundamstore.com/collections/sms-paint?page=3 Youtube has videos on it's application. I just seen it in the model paint rack at hobby lobby the other day had never heard of it or even seen it before - but was curious if anyone had tried it on a plastic model before... Thanks, Mike MikeMaben
