Hello again ,

i had started this one also... very very long time ago and now i found some time to continue the build...

MDC tail wheel

RB wheel wells

RB erla haube canopy 

HGW riveting set

i haven't decide the profile i am going to ,but for now i like the following..

yes i know that there are some wooden surfaces on the K4, is the vertical rudder and the wing joints on the fuselage? i think?

yes that's a mistake , but they can easily removed though.. it won't be a problem..

After a long time absence from my benchwork i have decided to review some builds i have left aside..

 

so.. baby steps again :)

 

I have removed the rivets from the wooden section and replicated wood surface..

it won;t be visible i think( except on the wing roots with some chipping ,) ...but i know its there!

Wonderful work so far!  I'm glad you re-started this project.  Besides the squarish cross-section of the upper fuselage aft of the cockpit, I think the Hasegawa kit builds up into a great representation of a K-4.

yes , i remember  you have mentioned this  on your white 8 build and how you handled it, but i wouldn't dare to do that :)  i am not that good yet. !
