I got the ones he first linked, they work fine. I like the onboard light, they fit well, but focus is kind of a manual scoot and squint deal. There are so many different ways to adjust them that it takes time to hit your sweet spot, but once you get there you never have to worry about them slipping out of adjustment because all the rotating parts are firmly locked in place with the ratchet-like mechanism.
