And Sunday is upon us and you get an update!

 

Weathering part 2


OK, here is where I left yester day..... I feel it´s over weathered. I don´think I have good enough lights in my hobbyroom.

Well let´s do it severly over weathered....The decades haven't been nice to this jet in it's reality!

Time for pigments!

I like this City Dark Dust pigment...sort of a generally dirty feel :P

There after a first dusting.

Next  for some grime coming off joints and rivets.

Then some dark pigments around hatches and stuff.

Then some scaving with zinc chrome yellow on a sponge followed by aluminium on leading edges.

Then I finish todays session with another flat coat to seal everything .

Almost done with the fuselage now it needs some detail painting here and there and then antennas and probes...not to mention an under carriage and loadout :D
