It's interesting for me seeing as many of the above are easily possible. Marauder???C'mon guys.. ICM, Hobby boss Special Hobby are easily possible for many. Who can't envision a Special Hobby Fairey Gannet?

I was hoping to see a list of pretty unlikely aircraft.

It's like Miss World around here. :D

It's my fault. The OP should have been more specific.

Whitley to a Hussler?

All I can imagine is a Mr Whitley who was taken to a Hussler Bar.

Whitley'd faint!

You sure that one isn't from Blackburn Aircraft's design crew ?, looks ugly enough .

Maybe Blackburn recruited their stylist from Voisin? Blackburn certainly had a gift for designing - erm  - functional aeroplanes

Blackburn Kangaroo

It must have been pretty lonely up the front there away from the rest of the crew

Hey Richard - Hands off Blackburn , they are my comedy territory :D....I've years of thread drifting material .

Since you bring it up though, from the Womble's files comes this pic showing another Kangeroo drinking at a waterhole after a long leap .

Following this thread has been quite interesting.

Some have been treating it like a wish list of something that they would really like and others as something excessively too large, obscure, or just very unlikely.

20 years ago, if you had suggested that someone would have been working to release a 1/32 Lancaster would have considered you looney toons.

I'd like to think I managed large, obscure AND very unlikely :D

Indeed - Voison, Blackburn's, and Brabazon :D

How about,

excessively large - Scaled Composites Stratolaunch, Hughes "Spruce Goose", Douglas XC-19, Consoldated XC-99,  or Tupolev ANT-20

Obscure - Kalinin K-7

or just very unlikely - Saro Princess

cheers, Graham
