New Quinta Studio 1/32 Tamiya Spitfire IX and 1/32 F-4C and D sets on the horizon.

Recommended Posts

Just a little bit of Quinta Studio news, they are working on F-4C and D sets for the 32 and 48 Phantoms. Right now it is still in the early design phases, but it is coming! I will be ordering and stocking these as soon as I get news of pre-order status.

But right now the Spitfire set is on its way and should be in stock in my store early next week.

Bloody nice! I'm waiting for the Spit 8 and 16 sets to come out, will be ordering the whole lot through you Mark :)

Also a 2-holer Mirage set once I determine which airframe I'm doing.

Yes! Forgot about my Mirage 2KD/N!  Will need a set for that one too...........

FYI guys, all the Mirage 2000's are available now, I ordered them all, but just sold one of each to someone, but I am already planning to make a third order this month from Quinta. So far i have not been able to keep up with demand, I order some for stock and they sell out before I get the order in (a good problem to have), if you want some, please pre-order them, typical turn around time is about 2-3 weeks, Quinta mostly prints to order and they were able to do 75+ panels for me in a week, and I have all shipments come to me DHL Global express, so delivery typically takes another 5-10 days. I have done at least 5 orders in the past 6 months, they have been good on delivering quickly every time.

I still have one 2000C cockpit unspoken for.

I will be ordering more of these before the end of the month. I have decided to keep all the 1/32 cockpit stocked (try), as the detail in the bigger scales is simply stunning.

I have Spitfire set IX in stock, and I placed orders for the VIII. Also have both early and late P-51D sets, and I placed orders for both A6M2b’s.

When do you expect to get in stock the F-4 sets in 1/32 and how much will they cost?

I am looking at a F-4E and F-4J.

thanks,

Mike

Tentatively, they are expected by June, and I suspect they will be priced around the same as the mirage sets, so approximately $50-60. But hard to know yet. If there is enough interest, I may do a pre-order group buy.

My Mirage N set arrived, and I must say, they look wonderful in person. For me, there is no way, like NO WAY I could do anything better, even on my best day. There is to me still an element to adding these correctly, and then doing the rest of the pit justice, so for me, this is the only way to go I can.

I would do a set for each,  F-4D, F-4G and F-4j
