Thomas Lund
Hi guys Looking at this backdate set, it says D/E/F/G but the one I want to build is a H... all i can/could find was the H is externally identical to F/G... so am I missing something or can I just go ahead ? TIA Thomas
ChuckD
I'm curious of this too as I'm in the same boat. Everything I could find confirmed the same conclusion in that the Grey Matter backdate set could make an H too.
Kagemusha
I remember reading a thread about the new 1/48 Tamiya P-38H, and the differences between that kit, early H's, and the F/G kit, there's a list of the changes on the box lid. I'd hold fire on the conversion until Tamiya announce their new significant release of the year on the 25th , though it'll probably be a tank, or a car, or a ship, maybe even a bus, but not a 1/32 P-38H. Very exciting news to me that Tamiya is announcing something on the 25th. I just am a big Tamiya fan and always hopeful about their next release, LSP or not. I also hope they do a 1/48 J and or L. Tnarg
Any P- something from Tamiya in 1/32 would be an amazing late Christmas present. I'd even like a B-something from them, but doubt they would do a big one. Tnarg Jack and Rockie Yarwood
