What do you mean by "inaccurate pilot floor level ?

The floor of the pilot area was at the same level than the one of the radio/gunner in the actual airframe. There were cutouts in that floor around the pilot seat supports that were intended to locate the pilot higher. For whatever reason, close to all kit companies considered the fact the pilot seat was higher as a clue that the floor was higher and without such cutouts! Even Aires made the same mistake in their resin set intended to the Hasegawa kit. I believe one of the very few correct kits is the very old 1/24th Airfix kit.

The newish 1/48 Airfix kits have correct floors and probably the only one with the correct nose for the B model

A set of 1/35 figures inspired by John Shaw's 'Prey for Mercy' painting was recently released by D-Day Miniature Studio:

If you scroll down the page, you will find some further Luftwaffe personnel in 1/35 scale.

Not interested in 1/35th scale propeller planes but suspect that this is the future.

Would love to see 1960s-1970s carrier aviation in armour scale. For the fast movers, 1/48 is a bit too wee and 1/32 can be unwieldy.
