Cool subject for a build Mark.  I followed F1 for many years until about 10 years ago.  I remember watching Senna finish second place at Hockenheimring in 1986 when one of my uncles took me to the race as a boy.  I still recall how impressive the black and gold paint scheme looked on the car.  Have fun with the build!

Good start Mark.  Did the engine come with pistons and a crankshaft?

Getting that gloss black finish flawless will be a challenge.

this is a normal engine

i have another kit like the mp4/4 that have the pistons and the crankshafts but thats for later

first focus on the lotus

And yes the black paint isnt easy but i will do my best
