I just bought the Fly 1/33 paper model, vac canopies, and laser cut frames about 2 months ago.  Been on the fence with that one for a while.  Of course when I finally break down and order the stuff, this happens.  At least I haven't started the paper model yet.

I've done the same, maybe I should hunt down a 1/33 Harrier..?

Hi, 

 

if we will decide to issue Bv as kit model, will be as same as for example DC-3. We have no technologie to do it as plastic mold.

Bv is really interesting plane and in 1:32 is imposant.

It does look great!   I've always love the 138, but at the DC-3 price they are likely going to want Ill have to pass unfortunately.   Would have loved to have had one, but simply cant afford it.

And just so people are aware, the photo-etch panels are for creating surface detail on the masters, not for representing them in the final kit. Everything will be replicated in resin for the production kit.

Man...   I hate resin, and don't care a lot for working with CA... Or even worse...  2-part epoxy.   but this one is getting really close to my "must have' zone.

Ohhh fantastic - glad to see this is still in process at least. Hope it does come to production some day (along with that A-20 we saw a few times in the last five years...)

H Ray - yes that is what HpH have been saying: they have no capability to make that shape in IM IIRC.

I can go with resin.  As someone wrote earlier, the kit cannot be a big price kit.

You're very optimistic. The two engines C-47 or Catalina kits price makes me think we will be again in the 750$/€ range...
