Darren Howie
At the end of the day go with the one thats cheapest or fits your goals. The Revell kit has a full engine etc plus a more complex build. Hasegawa kit goes together beautifully and far more quickly. Both look great so just go with what suites you more. You will get a great looking kit either way. Pup7309 and Wackyracer

ChuckD
I'm in the finishing stages of the Revell F-8 kit and it was a very enjoyable experience. I'm actually doing "Yellow K" as the other poster did above. The cowling is a little finicky, but not terrible. A couple of the exhaust stacks on my kit (where they meet the cylinder heads) were short-shot. As I'm not doing an open cowling, it didn't bother me. For the cost, it's a great value. AlanG
I'm converting my F8 to a G8. I think DH has said it better then i could. I have a plan to do a few Ds but they are few and far between (not as few as the Hasegawa A5/6 kits)
oyoy5
I may have to get the Revell kit since it is very cheap on EBay for sure.
