Erwin
Not my best effort. And the shades of green are most likely not correct. But...I like it. Let's call this my practice build for the 24 th Airfix Emil later. chrish
It’s quite striking! I’m thinking I’d like to start on my Dragon E-3 now seeing your work is pushing me that way. keep up the good work, very inspiring! When building it closed it takes a lot more work and plastic card to make it all fit. Good thing I bought the cheaper WE-edition The cowl had a 0,5 mm gab each side. Maybe I should have gone for the old Hasegawa or even Matchbox kit for this BoB 109 E. Thanks for the warning. I have both the E3 and E4 versions. The E4 is supposed to be a limited edition, but I gather the plastic is the same. Decals changed for the Balkans versions. Erwin
Rick Griewski
I have built one of these kits with fixes to the cockpit via some resin. It is at the external painting stage. I remember similar issues you are having. I bought 3 other kits to use as donors for B and D back dates conversions. These Weekend Editions are good value for conversions because one cuts the nose off so no troubles with the cowl fitting etc. Rick MikeMaben and Erwin
