Make sense?

It does make perfect sense, I was confused about 2 sticks in the kit, I didn't realized that it's the same, but duplicated...

any way, thanks everyone for making it clear, I cut it out and cockpit is ready to be closed, finally ))

Let's continue

- both fuselage parts are glued, it was a hard process to put them together without gaps, "steps", that's Trumpeter yeah....

- engine is done, decided not to do a lot of details, just basic work with wires and paint

an update after a long gap:

- Trumpeter decided that it's a very nice idea to give flaps and air brakes in parts like this

- fuselage is ready for painting

Looks familiar, nice progress you’ve made!

Question for you on your canopy; was there an open version and a closed version in the kit? My -5 has both.....if it’s the same, I think you might have the open version for the pilot in place. The windscreen extended slightly past the edge of the cockpit sill, so the closed version looks slightly different. Might be too late to change, but here’s a image from mine to show the difference.

Thanks Brett. Yes, I have 2 options closed/opened and I decided to do the opened one.

I think it's not too late, I glued it with a white glue, just for paint work, so it can easily be removed. However, I already started to paint model and, if I move windscreen perhaps I would have to repaint that part.

Ok, so I can say that the model is COMPLETED.

Of course, there are some mistakes and errors, but I enjoyed the process and the result, this is the most important for me.

Moreover, this light doesn't show all "50 shades of grey" ))) perhaps will take some other pictures during summertime

Hope you will enjoy watching as well.
