The only "Fun" I see on this thread is people bagging the 32' scale Ju-52 ...

I understand if not everyones cuppa ... but personally, I can't wait!!! - It's one of my two Holy Grail kits.

This and the Do.17z (looking likely to be popped by Infinity now) ...

So, no, I never thought this was the mystery kit - especially since K1 said it was nothing mentioned on the other thread (and the Ju.52 was) ...

But I'm sure glad to see that they're following through with it!!

Rog :)

What are you talking about Rog? not one post here is "bagging" the 1/32 Ju-52?  A few commented it was too big for them and few thought it might be a mistake but there is no bagging or bashing,  just a conversation.,.... I posted that I thought it was a great subject?

It won't bother me too much if they don't do the Ju52, as I already have it in 1/32nd, albeit vac. I don't know how they would make the Ju52 fit the simpler category, what with the engines, interior and the corrugation detail.

Yup, haven't we all, including the Sunderland, P-51B, Phantom etc.

I have my purple paint and Milka Ju 52 images at the ready too!

I have Monogram's 1/48 scale Ju 52 that I plan to paint in the Milka scheme when I can find the decals in that scale.

That would be awesome... I was lucky enough to see it in the late 90's at Dubendorf.

No matter that at least a few people like the Ju-52 it simply doesnt sell.

When i was working in a large well stocked heavily frequented big selling shop when released we got in 6 Ju52’s.

2 sold i bought one.

4 sat in the shop for a year until we sold a third.

That was 25 years ago the other 3 are probably still sitting there.
Any manufacturer that thinks investing huge cash in tooling highly unpopular aircraft is smart is simply tearing up $100 notes in a cold shower.

Which kit? The vacu form? Context would be nice. There have been plenty in plastic, albeit not 1/32 but big plane kits weren't as common 25 years ago. I've bought a couple in the smaller scales and I would love the opportunity for one to match my other big planes, but this release isn't a Ju 52 so the point is moot.
