At first everything looks fine. And it happened again... , the last, my model end up in the trash..... , look at the stretch mark near the flap.... Don't know how it happened, there was no build-up..... Did used Tamiya canne TS-80. How would you fix it....? Dan. I think I would use a fine tip on the airbrush, low pressure, thin paint and volume and carefully paint the bad spots. Redo weathering and get on with life. Have to say, Tamiya clear in the spray cans or the bottle clear thinned with Mr. Color Levelling Thinner has caused me problems, usually with decals but twice with paint. I think it was due to too heavy an initial coat, thinners were too hot for the surface. switched back to X-20 thinner for now. I took a brush to apply a thin flat coat of clear to cover all the glossy cracks, I will wait a few days and will sand it down just to level it and will re-do the process.....
