Rick Griewski
Are there VAL or a Kate aircraft leftover from the war to measure? Plenty of Zeros remain to support an accurate kit. Zero is known Favorite around the world
pennausamike
I think Planes of Fame still has their incomplete Val in storage. If you check their website https://planesoffame.org/aircraft?planesorderv2=custom_manufacturer second row down is the real Val. They also have a Tora Tora Tora replica Val; obviously not useful here. Mike is right and there are two unrestored D3As on display at the National Museum of the Pacific War in Fredericksburg, Texas.

To me that makes all the difference. I do have the Kate and Val (Hasegawa kits), but a 1:32 Val would be really cool. Rick Griewski
Paul2660
Does Infinity have a working website now? There is no mention of them on main HpH site last time I checked and the Infinity site was a work in progress. thanks Paul
John1
Is Infinity the same outfit that’s working on a Helldiver? Edit - answered my own question. I’m impressed by these guys! Edited September 3, 2020 by John1
Royboy
The newer 'Little guys' are showing the more established companies the way forward now. Just compare the quality of their instruction booklets to some others and they are poles apart! They aren't afraid of choosing 'off piste' subjects either. It seems to me that the 'Klondike' era of models is now opening up and we are gaining the benefits of it. Infinity have some exciting projects on the way with a lot more to come, the problem is affording them all now! Archimedes
