Bravo! The finish is quite impressive and with the flaps and canopy closed the overall shape and lines of the aircraft dominate.

Best beta tester ever!

Thanks Woody! You made this really pop with your rivet work, can’t thank you enough for that!

Thanks Tom. I try to make sure the images are clear and useful for everyone!

Showstopper.  Glad I'm not up against this at a model contest!  What I like the most is your paint work, with the right balance of everything.

Cheers,

Chuck

Thanks Chuck! I don’t think you have to worry about competing against me anytime, your work blows me away every time!

That is really an awesome SBD! Saving your build for when I do mine!

The current Japanese Fleet is sailing North past Truk now after seeing

this!

Happy New Year and cheers! Ron

Great looking Dauntless, Brett!  The positive riveting came out wonderful!

Thanks John!

Almost done. Bombs are on, antenna's on (tail blade replaced) and navigation lights are all on. Just need to string the antenna wire and add the pitot tube and then off to RFI this goes.

Just have to focus.....stop playing Cyberpunk.....first video game I've enjoyed in over a decade!

Click the picture to open it at Flickr, then you can really see the rivets pop.
