As usual a ton of exquisite work on display in this thread.  All very inspirational!  My humble contribution below belongs to a WNW SE5a that I am currently building.

I agree with Maru: your work is top-notch! You’ve really captured the wood and fabric and brought the cockpit to life.

Cheers,  Tom

Ernest,

Your Cockpit on your WnW SE5A is EXQUISITE.

Following that build with great interest and you are too modest ; but you are undeniably  a superb modeller!

You are amongst the best modelers We  have on LSP.

Thank you for the kind words Maru.  I am not sure I would put myself among the best on this forum though; their are quite a few craftsmen here who are far more skilled then me.

Thank you as well Tom!  I do my best to get close to the level the best on here consistently display, there work is both very instructional and a true joy to look at.

Hi gents

Well something different , and maybe less spectacular than the WWI cockpit above ...... here is my rendition of my F 4 E  from Tamiya , at the 1/32 ( what else !!!??? ) you know guys than the weak point of the Tam's kit , is its cockpit , except the IP , and the consoles , no details elsewhere ... so , after a bit of scratch built ( side walls , and rear bulkheads ), and the set from "Red Fox " to improve the area , here is what I got ..... thanks for watching

cheers

Alain

And my homegrown sight (before painting):

And under canopy glass:

Yes, it was installed upside down, the reflector glas pointing towards the IP fairing. There was simply not enough room for a conventional installation, so they reversed it.
