I completed the painting of the metal areas including the exhaust area and air intake lips. I used various shades of Alclad for this job. While I'm too satisfied with the look I believe the subsequent steps should add more interest to this area. I also took to opportunity to finish off painting smaller details such as the sensors and canopy frame insulation strips as well as the nose cone. Next step, decalling!
