Guest LSP_Jay L
But guys please do feel free to point out mistakes or errors and any advice would be greatly appreciated. Now that you mention it... Just kidding mate. Like bill said, the roundels look fantastic! You are turning this into really nice build Gustave. Cheers mate, Jay
gustave venelt
Thanks guys. I've done a small bit of progres this weekend...more or less visible in the pics so I shan't bore you with too many this evening! After base colours were sprayed on, I've done some shading here and there then started to apply some oil to the panel lines. Also working on areas that are to be chipped metal. Next step will be grim, dust and dirt... Dpogson: Thanks for the tip but I can't seem to find it

gustave venelt
Thanks Ray! I got the line drawings from a polish book called "Monografie Lotnicze N° 28 MS 406". Despite noy understanding polish, its still very helpfull and has line drawings for ALL the MS 406/410 types. I also used some french magazines which had T. Dekkar's fabulous profiles. bsarnoffca
Thanks Gustave. The chipping is very realistic. How do you do it?
Stef (#6)
Salut Gustave Excellent work on that Morane ... The colors are very fine and the camo scheme is really "in the spirit" of the period. Rivets are good and the paint chipping (sp?) is just enough cool Love it Stef
gustave venelt
Thanks guys. The chipping was done using oil paint and a fine brush. I try using 2 or 3 grays (although some spots are just too small so they only get 1 gray). Certain spots also have the right for some humbrol aluminium (hn°56) and eventually some silver (hn°191) toned down with black. Here are some progres pics so far....bird is nearly finished
