Gazzas
Hi everyone! I'm going to be using some OD-like colors in the very near future, and I want to use both lighting, fading, and shading effects. I'm wondering if there aren't better lightening colors than white for OD. Has anybody done any experiments, or builds that can give me some ideas? Thanks for your thoughts! thierry laurent
German dark yellow! This is a well-known tip amongst afv modellers. If this is true for Tamiya paints (XF-60 Dunkelgelb) , this must be for other ones. LSP_K2 and Gazzas

Gerhard
I painted normal olive drab, and then used shades of MIG Pigments to lighten. I dont have an air brush though. Gazzas
John1
I've used a light tan. MM Armor Sand or Radome Tan works well for me. Gazzas
