monthebiff
Superb work, very eye catching in the Italian scheme. Regards. Andy Whitey
DrDave
Just in case mate, the centre white is now known not to have been white, just the aluminium. Up to you of course. Whitey
Whitey
Thanks Doc. Easy Fix. Both wings or just the top. Cheers Peter
Whitey
Upper wing decals have almost disappeared. I've also decided to leave the undersides of the centre section of each wing in white. Looks prettier. Just waiting for the Alclad Dull coat to dry and then on to more assembly. Happy so far. Going to try some Gaspatch buckles in the rigging. Wish me luck. bdthoresen
Wow, not a fan of World War 1 builds, generally, but I am enjoying this immensely. Please keep the updates coming! THOR Whitey

Bobs Buckles
This is tempting me to pull the Noop out of the stash. Thanks for tempting me! Excellent! von B Whitey
Whitey
Rigging well underway with Ezi-Line and Gaspatch metal eyelets. Thought it would be easier to do as much as possible before putting the top wing on. The struts were set up place with top wing attached to ensure alignment before starting on the rigging. scvrobeson, 109, LSP_Kevin and 5 others

Whitey
Construction completed but still some weathering and general touch-ups to add a bit more character. Its a lovely little model that is well engineered but you still have to think about the order to do things. I am really pleased with the over-painted French roundels on the top wing. As per the early deliveries to the Italians. I am also pleased with the appearance of the ribs. Achieved just by adding a heavier coat of paint over them and patchy spray work between them. The prop is done with a coat of Tamiya Acrylic Dark Yellow with some mottled Tamiya Acrylic Red Brown followed by clear orange coat sprayed. Still to add some brass paint for fittings.
