LSP_K2
OK, new project, the Hasegawa Bf 109G-14/AS. Kit, when received, was just loaded with cool AM, so only some very minor purchases to make (mostly an Aires 'pit), and I should be able to beat this into something that hopefully looks pretty cool, and have it done by September. Oh yes, I was quite tickled to receive it all, I can tell you that. I also have a gorgeous set of S.O.W. landing gear that I'll be using as well. 10 hours ago, Gazzas said: I must follow along! Please do. I already did a small amount of work last night, mostly cleaning up parts and gluing some minor stuff together. No engine to mess with, so that's a plus. Gazzas, D.B. LSP_K2
This is the tentative scheme I've chosen, though I may go with the later blue/white/blue fuselage bands of JG 300, just to be different. Gazzas
Nice! I like these schemes that show that parts came already painted. Kagemusha, Paul in Napier and LSP_K2

I already have some Tamiya paint that will be a decent color to use for the rear fuselage, so now just need to order a few other colors.
LSP_K2
OK, prop assembly (minus spinner) is now almost finished. I'll be using an AM spinner, quite possibly the Eagle Parts one. Gazzas, LSP_Kevin, dodgem37 and 1 other
LSP_K2
MLG doors each had two ejector pin marks, but some sanding sticks made short work of those. JefH, Paul in Napier, Greg W and 3 others
LSP_K2
Lower fuselage insert all glued up, and the fit is just flawless. Gazzas, LSP_Kevin, Paul in Napier and 5 others
LSP_K2
With the holes now dealt with, both wings are all glued up and awaiting prep work. I've yet to work on the interior of the fuselage, as I have a nice 'pit set winging its way to me right now. I'll commence interior work once I receive that set.
