mkd1966
As far as the wing tip extensions - keep in mind that mods could have been done out in the field... Back in 98-99 I performed the strip and paint job on the F-86 Sabre "Crapshooter" owned by the late Jimmy Rossi and it was a Canadair Mk 6 - but it had the slats and wing extensions with the straight pitot tube... I don't know if this was done while in military service or while in use by Corporate Jets - but it came that way when he bought it... Grizly
Further to my last, see the following regarding Luftwaffe Sabres... https://ww2aircraft.net/forum/threads/canadair-cl-13b-sabre-mk-6-of-bundesluftwaffe-with-martin-baker-ejection-seat-1-32.33059/ Michael931080
LSP_Ron
Don't forget the sugar scoops on both sides of the lower fuse between the wing trailing edge and air brakes. Grizly's build shows them well. There was an AM outfit that sold these scoops way back, might have been Beltcher Bits

Grizly
The CANAV book "The Canadair Sabre" by Larry Milberry has drawings that should be of assistance.
