I spent most of my career flying the Pacific so I really like WWII Japanese aircraft. What's the status of your big B-17? Great job on that Ki-45! Cheers...Ron Ron, thank you! The last Japanese aircraft I built was the Tamiya A6M5 and that was many years ago. However, I just started a build of the Shiden-Kai. I haven’t forgotten my LMM build, but want to continue that build when my muse returns for it. Cheers, Tom

Surprisingly, I've actually been getting some time in mine too, and I'd be ecstatic to have mine turn out as well as yours. Well done! Brian, I could not have completed it without you. Thanks again for your support, advice, and encouragement. I’m looking forward to seeing your build unfold—I know it will be spectacular. Thunnus
Turned out wonderfully, Tom! I really like how the nose cone can be removed to reveal the cannon. Uncarina
Uncarina
Thanks James! I should add some wiring for that cannon... Cheers, Tom
Out2gtcha
Forgot to ask you Tom, what did you use to keep the nose cone on? Is it just pressure fit?
Uncarina
Brian, Yes, just a press-fit. The tolerances are that good. Cheers, Tom
