Is this the type of a/c that James Garner and Donald Pleasance used in their part of “The Great Escape”? I’m no expert at all but I’d build one just to recall that, if so...

I might go there too..............there are some seriously pretty Civi schemes out there. The choices are seemingly endless............

FYI,

 

I learned from following the FOF one being restored that the civil ones only came in three colors.  Cream, Lt gloss grey or dark blue.

 

They said Willy Messerschmitt had two personal 108's one is know to be the cream with a black nose and stripe down the side.

What’s the difference between a “Profi-pack” and a “Weekend edition” Eduard kit please? 
 

PS Liking the Hurricane in the background of one of your pics Brian, my Dad flew the original AG244 in S Rhodesia in 1944/45. This particular one is a Canadian Mk X which was restored and painted at Thruxton a few years ago.
