Gazzas
Joe, Totally impressed. I find sanding around raised detail or edges of any kind fraught with danger. So many times the micromesh takes off a little color where I don't want it to come off. Gaz mustang1989
LSP_K2
Wow, excellent. I too am impressed, as I frequently have the same issues that Gazzas refers to. mustang1989
mustang1989
I've been working on the chassis, rear suspension and exhaust system. Applied a subtle wash to the undersides to bring out some of the details and add some depth. I also hit up the leaf springs and differential edges lightly with a silver lead pencil: Gazzas

Sincerely, Mark Mark, That is a Grant I, the version of the M3 Medium with the bigger turret the British wanted. They wanted the Radio in the turret, on the original turret there was no room for it. The Lee had the little .30 cal Cupola on top of the turret, making an already tall tank a little taller. chrish
Ah yes the days before auto-retracting inertia lock belts. Looks great! A buddy of mine had one of these (dark blue metallic with white stripes) but it wasn't as shiny! If I remember right there were about 5 ash trays in his! mustang1989
LSP_K2
The carpeting is actually some sort of flocking, Joe? mustang1989

My friend back home had a 69 R/T and a 70 R/T. Both had 440's in 'em and BOTH were real screamers. I remember all the ash trays as well. I had a chance to buy a 68 AND a 69 R/T and both of those had 440's in them. Stupid me …….I passed on both of them. The 68 I could have had for $4500 and the 69 for $2500. Been kicking myself ever since.

It's already an R/T (which is the ONLY way I'll ever build ANY Charger) and I'm setting this up how I'd want one if it were in my driveway. Thanks for dropping in here Shawn. Great to have you along as well. Edited December 10, 2019 by mustang1989 Gazzas and Shawn M
