 Not to hijack, (but...) here’s the scene stuck in my head. It’s like an ear-worm but worse! Figure a combo of these scenes— a Huey dropping of troopers in the Central Highlands in Vietnam. Would like to see if I can suspend it and toy around with the knocked down trees.

if I can’t find a Dragon kit, I guess it’ll have to be the 1/48th KH kit. But bigger would be more dramatic. 

 

 

Awesome images (and ideas). If you are intending on going down the masochistic route anyway, there are still plenty of old Revell 1/32 versions available second hand at an absolute snap!

Hey all-

...if you remember way back when...about a year and a half ago... I posted this image (in the thread on the figures) that was the inspiration for this build. I have this litho, and I probably look at it every day that I’m home- Its pretty cool-
