easixpedro
Total flashback moment looking at that picture. In my last squadron, we brought along a popcorn maker to make jalapeño popcorn in the ready room hut in Afghanistan. After the first windy day, it looked about like the underside of that helo. Never got clean again either (and adding more jalapeños didn’t disguise the dirt). Looking forward to how you tackle the grime, as I’m sure it will be spectacular! Pete Fleischmann
Decals are going down- settled on the 56th RQS from Lakenheath, as 6206 looked down range in Afghanistan- Werner Wings decals performed very well! cheers Pete Derek B, LSP_Kevin, Rockie Yarwood and 9 others

Pete Fleischmann
Started the weathering base layer. this is a Payne’s Grey oil wash thinned with white spirits. I intentionally shot the base color a little lighter knowing that this wash would really darken up the base paint- much more to do- cheers for now- P Lenny320, Dope737, Brett M and 19 others 21

Stokey Pete
Silly comment - you just had to do it didn’t you? Let’s stick it on its side at an angle that us mere mortals can see that insane interior again... Serious comment - it’s looking amazing. The rivet work looks stellar, the paint job enhances it even more. Love it. Pete Fleischmann, Landrotten Highlander and Derek B 1 1

scvrobeson
All the progress just convinces me more than you're a wizard. Didn't know the Pavehawks were gray, but it looks good like that. Keep up the great work. Matt Derek B and Pete Fleischmann 1
