I would imagine the 'easy' way would be to drill all the rivet holes just enough that if you were to 'submerge' the part in the box of solder balls, then pull it out, they would self-find the holes.. then.. just.. wipe on some glue and hey presto, rivet holes filled... right?

Hey all-

after jigging-up the blades 3 separate times, I finally got them to a pitch/thrust angle that is believable- not over done..I looked at a lot of photos- a little more twist would be good, but if I can’t get there from here, I’m good with this-

not a great photo, but you get the idea-

Because each blade is slightly different, and is matched to a specific spot on the rotor head, they are numbered and kept in a rack so I don’t confuse them-
