Royboy
What a cracking figure! Love the doggy too! I'm in for one for sure, hopefully it will be available at Telford this year. Thanks for sharing! elanlane13
Stormer
Sorry to say, but Elan13´s figures af just off proportion wise (with the RAF pilot as a possible exeption) LSP_K2
elanlane13
Stormer, thank you for the feedback, I would be interested for you to elaborate more on the "off Proportion" of our figures. Anything that helps make the sculpting better is a good thing. MikeC, mozart and Jan_G

I’ve had issues with some of the Z-M offerings but yours have never given me cause to raise an eyebrow, especially that delightful WW1 mechanic! elanlane13 and MikeC
LSP_K2
I like everything but the pose of the left arm, though that could be easily fixed. Thanks for the review, Iain. elanlane13
Royboy
The left forearm could be a little longer than it should be to my eye, but it wouldn't be the first one I've adapted to suit. I will drop that forearm downwards anyway so can lose some length that way if needed. We're modellers, …….adapt and survive! It looks good, I''ll get one for sure. Stormer
Its all in the eyes of the beholder I guess... In my opinion there is a mismatch between head size and body, skinny legs, poor positioning of arms etc. (,in general). But again it might just be me P.s. we've had this discussion on Facebook too Robert Edited October 15, 2019 by Stormer Additionally of text elanlane13

elanlane13
Stormer, Thanks for getting back to me, I do appreciate it. I do take time to measure out proportions when I pose the mannequins prior to sculpting. I also usually use 360 degree photos of me in the pose too. Perhaps I have a big head in proportion to the rest of me I will continue to keep checking proportions when sculpting and look out for the observations you have made. I recently released the 100th Elan13 Miniatures figure hopefully more are right than not. Jan_G, Royboy, MikeC and 2 others

Royboy
Yes, there is no such thing as a 'perfect' human form. Skinny legs on a larger body you can see everyday if you look around you. Short bodies, longer legs? My father had both and he was a big man too! There are a lot of disproportionate people in this world, take one look at my beer belly and you'll see why!!! Have fun either way! mozart, LSP_K2 and coogrfan 2
