It is hard to determine from a build-up when you do not know if excessive sanding and or putty was required. No one records and plays back the cussing or smiles either. I feel the Trumpeter kit is one of their best fitting kits. One does need a half jar of Mr Surfacer to tame the rivets. Part of life at the bench. Dave Williams Posted October 12, 2019 Share Posted October 12, 2019 If you don’t have either already, I’d choose the Revell kit over the Trumpeter one. I think the Revell kit has a little better detail on the cockpit, is cheaper, doesn’t have all the rivet holes, doesn’t have vinyl tires to deal with, and includes R4Ms if you want them (only one boxing of the Trumpeter kit has R4Ms and they are wrong in the kit - no tail).
