Out2gtcha
Excellent! The outright amount of scratch-building involved here is unreal
Brett M
That's some beautiful work. I need to go read the WIP to see how you did the wood grain, awesome. Lothar

Uncarina
Mike, Vivid, beautiful work as always, and your build notes are an absolute resource. I am currently relying on them for my Clerget Camel build. Thanks for sharing your work! Cheers, Tom

sandbagger
Tom, I covered the Clerget powered Camel on my build of Barker's modified aircraft. Although modified, there's still a lot of research and detail in that build log. It's available in gallery 2 on my site and may be of some use to you, Mike
Pastor John
Amazing build and finish but what skill to land and stop on such a small piece of land in the middle of that lake!

pascal JMW
very nice !! ..................if I can just suggest a little wash on the pilot’s face
sandbagger
Thanks all. pascal JMW: The pilot does have slight flesh shading but the lighting over the camera glares off the figure so flesh tones don't show. The pilot has eyes with pupils and eyebrows but these don't show in the photos either. I'll need to bear this in mind for future photo's, Mike
