ICM 2020 plans - NEW Fiat Cr.42 and Stearman Pt-17

Great to see an IM 1/32 CR. 42 but still a little baffled by the lack a Macchi 202 in 1/32.  Maybe Kitlinx will release the old PCM version but come on, beautiful aircraft with tons of great paint schemes and markings.  Seems like a no brainer.

Totally agree.  I'll be watching the CR.42 release and if the kit is even half decent, I'm a buyer.  But I'm more than just a little puzzled by the lack of a Macchi.  I have a couple in 1/48, and they're great looking planes, and they were one of the great fighters of WW2, so why no 1/32 release.  You'd think ZM or HKM might tackle this.

Cheers,

Michael

Love the ICM stuff so far, would also like to see Yak 9s,  La 5 and La 7s, maybe twins like the Pe 2 and Tu 2.

Their first Gladiator is due anytime soon, so the CR 42 pairs this nicely.

Hmmm, wonder what a Benz No. 1 is in 1/24th? Must be WWI? Also a Ford T PMV.

Interested in the Katyusha BM-13-16, too.

Nice 2020 lineup!

Maybe the AMG-1 that they announced a couple years ago?

Or it's the Benz Motorwagen from 1887?

According to Hannants the Gladiator is due late November.

At last, the first one in plastic! I'm remembering having built the Sovereign resin one more than twenty five years ago... Phew!

Are you certain of that?

Now, if you're referring to the Ausf B, then sure.

Indeed, the B ( based on the Horch car) has never been kitted in plastic. The A is the prior model based on the Krupp Protze.

Dang.  I was hoping we were going to get a Vultee Vibrator finally.

+1  A very neglected subject indeed.  I'd buy.  I would have to learn to foil for that one.

Nearly 10,000 BT-13s built and never a single injection molded kit of it.  Just about every American and many Allied pilots who learned to fly in WWII flew it.
