Is correct in that the Garrett T-76 engine is pretty common amongst business turboprop aircraft (known as a TPE-331 in civilian circles)- but it only appeared one one model of Beech King Air for a short time, the B100. All other models of King Air run Pratt and Whitney PT-6 engines.....just wanted to clarify just in case you “fell down the research rabbit hole”. You might get a bit confused searching internet pics! Anyway, he is also correct on no screens on the engines. They do not use them. Please keep the updates coming fast and furiously! THOR Thanks THOR for completing the gouge. The King Air was the only thing I could think off the top of my head. Wiki Page TPE-331 spyrosjzmichos

LSP_Kevin
Just a correction, guys: the brass landing gear is from Aerocraft Models, not Aero Club! The latter is more or less out of business now, as I understand it. Kev Vandy 1 VX 4, Uncarina and spyrosjzmichos
Uncarina
I forgot to recommend this earlier: https://glennhoovermodels.com/books/ov-10d-bronco/index.html Glen Hoover has some really helpful build guides, and you can’t beat the price for the pdf: $5.99 Cheers, Tom spyrosjzmichos

The casting does look better than the SAC set. I'll put an order for a set by end of the week. Finding the price a bit high although postage to my place does seem pretty reasonable. Vandy 1 VX 4
You're welcome. The SAC sets are probably a little bit stronger than the plastic in most kits. But this one I believe would definitely not be strong enough. Cheers Danny
Out2gtcha
I can attest to the fact that the OOB will sag....................its just a matter of time. The cantilever nature of the gear in combo with the softer plastic makes it nearly inevitable. The Aerocraft gear set is a necessity for this particular kit IMHO. spyrosjzmichos
spyrosjzmichos
Thanks to everyone for their advice on the metal landing gear. I've put an order for a set from Aerocraft and should have them in a few weeks. In the meantime, the engines are finally done! While I painted both, I did spent more time on the one that will be exposed. Apart from the extra detail and painting I also added a few stencils from Aeroscale.
