kkarlsen
Wow thank you all - Kevin, Brian, Jim, Thomas, Mr. Scale32, Rocky, Ferry, Troy, Jennings, Torben, Richard, Petr & Tom... For your generous comments. This is a special forum for sure. Most of what I do is just for my own 'amusement'. But you Guy's certainly add another 'level' to it, making the effort worthwhile... Thank you! Kent

mc65
I'm speechless! that's really a blown-minding work! even more incredible, considering the small size of this plane, even in 1/32! just a question: shouldn't be the serial number in the middle of the upper main spar, being visible througt a little window? by the way, how did you realized these numbers? these are beautifully rendered! kkarlsen

I have always wanted to build something completely from scratch. This wasn't a 100% scratch, as I used some parts from the Roden kit, cowling and rudder from Aviattic. Photoetch from Tom's modelworks, RB Productions and Part of Poland. It isn't perfect, but it was a great learning experience and got me a step closer to the ultimate goal of building an all scratched model. Hope you like the result... Cheers: Kent I missed this one, too! Amazing! May I post it to the website? kkarlsen

Jim Barry
That is great. I missed it, too. Did you make progress toward a scratch project from what you learned? It’s a lot of fun making your own tracks. kkarlsen

Maybe the will finish at some point, who knows. But the scratch building in it self is very rewarding in developing new tricks!
