ringleheim
I am going to engage in wild speculation and suggest the new kit will be either British or German in origin. kalashnikov-47

I would actually really like that too; I find the lines of the D.III to be more interesting and attractive than the D.V. We'd have a M. von R. all red version to model too. My true hope remains the DR. I. I do think they will do it at some point. AlbertD and Pup7309
ade rowlands
Well let’s see, we have the Dambusters Lancaster coming. Peter Jackson is/was working on a Dambusters remake. So will we see Gibson’s early career represented with a Hampden or a Beaufighter? Most likely something Great War.

LSP_K2
A Fokker Dr.I would probably be the only release that would really stir any passion with me right now, and if not now, I still believe that they eventually will do one. Royboy
One thing's for sure, it isn't going to be an inbetween wars aircraft. Got that from the boss himself at Telford! The HP 0400 is awesome though, very tempting!!
GrahamF
I can't see them travelling all the way to the States to announce a British or German 'big' project my money is on a B29 Superfortress. ghatherly
WnW like to do the various sub-types of WW I Aircraft, and I bet they will continue it. My guess would be a B-17 as you have many prewar sub types, WWII war subtypes and then the differences within those sub types. The were used by many countries for far more than just bombing, and being the issues with HK and how well those kits have sold even with the errors, a B-17 would be my guess. The B-24 crowd can make the same arguments about their favorite as the B-17 fans can. it would be my second choice and the B-29 third.
GrahamF
The B29 would only be a foot longer than the Lancaster in wingspan, also there would be less bleating on about where to put it as Americans generally don't live in European rabbit hutch size houses.
