Uncarina
This is the Trumpeter 1/35 Fennek, in service with the German Army in Afghanistan. The kit is extremely detailed, with a virtually complete unseen interior. Fit is generally good, but why have one sprue attachment point when three will work? In other words, lot's of cleanup! In any case, this was a fun build of a very charismatic subject. I added the anti-slip texture, lead foil belts, the side window shades, the front wheel brush guards, and the tow cable. I also used custom mixed Tamiya paints and DES wheels. Out2gtcha
Nice! Really a nice look to it, and a kit I've not actually ever seen Uncarina and Martinnfb
Uncarina
Thanks Brian! Trumpeter released it several years ago as a Dutch version then later the German counterpart. The Fennek is definitely a charismatic vehicle! Cheers, Tom Out2gtcha and Martinnfb
LSP_Ray
Very nice model of a AFV and kit I have never heard of! Mostly a WWII fan, but that has a nice sleek look to it. Uncarina and Martinnfb

Uncarina
Thanks! Military vehicles of several nations in Afghanistan used them to hold glow sticks at night. Pretty ingenious! Cheers, Tom Martinnfb
