VintageEagle
Revell’s Me 262 A-1a will become available later this week and I was wondering if any company has announced some aftermarket parts already. Especially cockpit upgrades. Edited July 15, 2019 by VintageEagle
oyoy5
Wonder if anyone in the USA will get it in here???
BloorwestSiR
For Canada, Revell will be distributed by Borgfeldt. They're the same company that's distributed Tamiya here since forever.
VintageEagle
Not the cockpit unfortunately. I was hoping for a resin upgrade, but I think Eduard has PE parts only (cockpit and fuselage).
VintageEagle
No, not if you are interested in details. The instrument panel is different as well as some of the side console devices. nmayhew
MikeA
Unfortunately key elements of the Eduard interior set are arguably not even suitable for the two seater. The forward instrument panel in particular is incorrect and will also not be correct for the majority of single seaters - if the details are of concern. The kit details, with some assistance from Airscale or similar, are a better bet. Always a trade off between fussing over the details and getting something that looks close with much less work I guess. Cheers Mike
Troy Molitor
I must have three Trumpeter 262’s in the stash. I’ll like to see this one built up and hoping it’s a show stopper or perhaps just wait and see the major differences. I hope it sell regardless. I must also applaud the efforts with Revell issuing these kits. I’d like to see the P-38 or Maybe the Oscar get this same treatment.
