kensar
This is my scratchbuilt Hanriot HD.2 I built for a group build on WW1aircraftmodels.com. The only commercially made parts are the engine (WNW), machine guns (Eduard), and instrument face decals (Airscale). Enjoy! LSP_Kevin
By the way, 1/32 scale I assume? Kev
kensar
Yes, 1/32 scale. Sorry if I didn't mention that. There are no 1/32 scale kits of this plane.

thierry laurent
Beautiful to say the least. One of my very favourite allied fighters of WW1. If I was not sure it was going to be released in plastic, this is one of the rare topics I would like to scratchbuild as well. This just stresses how brave you have been! Congratulations for that masterpiece! What did you use to do the cowling? Did you modify an existing one or vacuformed it over a wood master? Kagemusha
That's lovely, how is there not a WnW's kit of that beauty already considering all the mooses they've produced?
Barry
Sir, you have created a museum masterpiece! Well Done!! Barry
kensar
Thank you everyone for your positive comments. They are nice to see after 5 months of building! Thierry - the cowling is aluminum metal. I made it on my lathe - first time I had attempted a part like that. thierry laurent and Kagemusha
